Beginner 1

An introduction to the foundations of Spanish for complete beginners. Students develop essential vocabulary and basic communication skills while building confidence in everyday situations.
Topics include: greetings and introductions, pronunciation, numbers, time and dates, present tense, key irregular verbs, and everyday vocabulary.

A continuation of the beginner level, designed to strengthen confidence and expand conversational ability in familiar contexts.
Topics include: daily routines, reflexive verbs, likes and preferences, descriptions, the near future, and vocabulary related to food, travel, and daily life.

A course for students who are ready to move beyond basic exchanges and communicate with greater flexibility and ease.
Topics include: the preterite, talking about past experiences, object pronouns, expressing obligation and advice, and vocabulary for travel, work, and relationships.

This level deepens fluency and helps students express themselves with greater accuracy, nuance, and confidence.
Topics include: preterite and imperfect, the present perfect, opinions and agreement, por and para, introductory subjunctive, and more sustained conversation.

Designed for students with a solid foundation in Spanish who wish to refine their fluency and engage with more sophisticated topics.
Topics include: expanded uses of the subjunctive, reported speech, complex sentence structures, formal and informal registers, and discussions on literature, history, and culture.

Topics include: advanced uses of the subjunctive, idiomatic language, authentic texts, nuanced conversation, and topics in literature, music, architecture, and current affairs.
